cost-effective approach to receiving health care.

practicing
medical doctor founded Patient Directed Care over 5 years ago with the mission
of providing access to affordable health care programs and plans which
allow the patient to control the choice of health care options.
PDC assists its members by providing patient advocacy by
qualified medical staff to guide patients through the present health
care maze. PDC

What makes PDC's plans
and programs different?
PDC
provides patient medical
advocacy services with all of the plans and programs above and PDC's lab work discounts
are among the highest in the United States.

Medical Advocacy Services
PDC Medical Advocacy Service is included for all members.
Trained medical professionals are available on-line and by phone
to assist patients in obtaining needed health care from the most
appropriate provider in a timely manner. These trained medical personal are
under medical doctor supervision and facilitate patient care from the
Primary Care office through the providers. Requests for services are reviewed against diagnosis and
treatment plans for appropriateness, level of service and place of service.
Requests requiring further information are coordinated with the appropriate
parties and facilitated in a timely manner to avoid delay of patient care.
Needs are communicated directly to the participating providers and
necessary care is advocated to facilitate the patient’s treatment in the
appropriate setting by quality healthcare providers within the community.
